ME 7.1.1 Conversion from Automatic to Manual and Coding after Flashing

Hi,
I am working on ME 7.1.1 which is form T5 3.2 Automatic, number 022906032GM with Soft-Coding 0001035.
I want to convert it to manual and already have flashed it with Software 022906032JB (also tried 022906032HB).
Unfortunately I cannot match proper Coding-Value to 0001032 via VCDS because it does not accept this value. VCDS mentions, that the öast digit represents the transmission type.
has anybody suggestions, what codings this ME7 would accept? Or where in Flash should I look, whoich codings are accepted?

Okay,
I figured it out by myself.
It is nessecary to recode it to Allwheeldrive. The defnitions in VCDS are correct. It will not accepts coding from FWD, because the never build a FWD V6 in T5.
