I need to wire up the VVT. ECU is 032LP.
Diagrams I found show

"N205 Inlet Camshaft Control Valve 1" and showing pin 115 (green/white "gn/ws") for pin 2 and "D102 connection 2, in engine wiring harness" for pin 1 ge/sw (yellow/black, never figured out where that is terminating or what fuse that is on, but seems to supply +12V to N75, N249 and N205).

Can someone confirm?

If true, I would need to run "key on" +12V to pint 1 (yellow/black at VVT connector) and green/white to pin 115?

Yes, its the same positive (+) for these solenoids. Just make a good splice on the wire and its good to go.
The ECU controls on the negative side, to that pin you mentioned.

It should probably not be wired from key on ignition!
If you can see it is going to N75, N249, N205, then splice it into the +12V for any one of those.
