Hello! I have problem with my bex. Engine is after full rebuild, because i buy car with damaged turbo and head. I'm getting a lot of knock retards. I dont think is real knocking, because if i advance ignition from 12 degress to 17 degress, i always have same values of knock retards. I changed knock sensors with proper torque, engine mounts to ori Avon and gearbox mount to Lemforder. I make long 2.75 downpipe, but with same result. Clutch with dmf is too new from Luk, but i think this can be bad balanced (previus owner change it). I feel body vibrations on idle, body and gearbox lever vibrations when accelerating. Somebody have same problem?

I dont think is real detonation problem, because if i retard timing or advance by 5 degress, retard is always the same. Afr is 12.8 dropping to 11.8. Spec and acutal boost is ideal without overboost (max 20mbar). Anything make noise for knock sensors, but i dont know what. I bet on clutch. Build is from my previous car where are all fine with max 2-3 cfs near revlimit and only clutch, gearbox and wiring with ecu is other.

Read again, this is no detonation knock... If i stun knock sensor and make more advanced ignition, i have 910 egt at 200 km/h and dont hear any knock with phones. Only when i run again with knock correction my turbo is pink glowing together with manifold studs and lost power.

Read again, this is not real knocking. It also knocking with 0,2 boost with the same retard values. When i have bent exhaust valve more boost or more ignition = more cfs. There is no matter ignition and boost, always is the same values of retard, always! Then stop asking fucking logs.

solved, for "experts" its caused by bad timing belt damper.
