Hi everyone.
I'm testing the water here. First off, my monetary situation is far from desirable of late, and my car developed this problem which seems to be dodgy soldering in the cluster. Only affordable way I could approach this was getting a second hand cluster and a cable off ebay to have a crack at it myself.
Now I know this is a no-no on some forums, so if that's the case here please say so and I will leave it there.
Otherwise I'd like to ask a couple of questions about restoring the cluster's eeprom backup(bin file saved before attempted adaptation) and changing adapted setting in channel 23 back from 6 to 4.
Thanks for reading.
C.

no way you can do that. try to fix your previous cluster or search for immo3 vdo cluster and then just write bora sport eeprom to the new one.
