I'm searching original ECU file of 06A 906 032 AA, probably similar to 06A 906 032 AR but AA is with cruise control.

Nope, it doesn't work.
Accordint to this: http://workshop-manuals.com/volkswagen/golf-mk4/power_unit/4-cylinder_injection_engine_%285-valve%29/mixture_preparation_system_electronic_inj.gas/repairing_injection_system/technical_data/ there were two different ECU's, in later AUM'S AUQ's activation is possible via VCDS.

Probably the reason is that 032AR is 512kb and later are 1024kb.
