I update the first post with my current config for med 9.1
Lambda S2 completely disconnected, no cat installed and 0 DTC¨S

If someone finds that something else needs to be added. to say it to add it. This way you can help new people and avoid opening new posts.

I had success on my MED9.5 disabling cat heating by just setting TKHMX to 0. Was the only thing that would completely disable it for me.

But on cold start you still have an higher idle? this is needed to avoid misfires on cold start.

Just set NLLMG to whatever you had in NLLKHM for cold region to set higher idle to match what you had with cat heating

This is not needed. The OEM settings already raise idle when cold, just not skyhigh.
Most likely his car has mechanical issues, that were being masked before. Probably a vacuum leak, so his car runs like shit until the lambda sensor warms up and corrects the super lean mixture.
