So finally got nefmoto to work with my VCDS HEX+CAN cable.
Which works brilliantly (it did take 22 minutes to pull ECU file)

Additionally managed to get Vag +K commander V2.5 working as well.

This is where the problem arose. I did manage to get an ECU and Cluster BIN file before I managed to lose my IMMO info.
Vag K hung for approx. 5-10 seconds. Once I realised too late that I accidentally clicked on something prior to programs response.

I have now lost my IMMO data and the car is stuck in my drive way. (WORD TO THE WISE, BE CAREFUL WITH VAG +K Commander).

I have included both the BIN files from my ECU and my Cluster.
If someone would be able to assist with pulling the SKC information out?
Hopefully I can recode the car key and with a little luck have my car back up and running.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

This is the error code I now receive if I try and use nefmoto to access the ECU now.

Now I'm not sure if I lost the IMMO info on the ECU or Cluster side.

Your login code is 00966. Does the cluster say DEF or make funny noises when you power it up? Have you tried simply disconnecting the battery?

I tried leaving battery disconnected. Just reconnected a few minutes ago.

Found this post - http://www.audifans.net/ftopict-17196.html
Did as suggested

Connected VagCom reset group 0 in the Immob. section (25).
Car is now working.

I do have a permanent DTC in the IMMO now.

Thanks for the quick reply ddillenger.
May I ask what you used to view the BIN?? also which channels you read?
From current understanding it should be located in Channel 31 + 32 (swap around and this will be your SKC)

I tried both Tunerpro and Hex editor, but no luck finding the correct info. I imagine the wrong layout.
Other problem I did experience from loading BIN in tunerpro, is that I did not have the XDF file.

Now I went to this thread - http://nefariousmotorsports.com/forum/index.php/board,34.0.html
With no luck in finding the XDF file. I would like to insure the layout is correct so I may be able to read actual information

Will get this Hex editor application, I'm currently using xvi32.
However they layout was wrong. Hence I was not able to pull SKC myself.
I will also review immo/cluster section again.

Downloaded the application,
loaded the bin. This is what I showed or rather what did not show.
