Title: EDC17C66 with TC1793 - crypted parameter
Post by: dax635 on June 27, 2019, 03:40:29 AM
Can anyone help me or suggest someone who is able
to replace serial number in this dump. It is visible in ASC format, but is also crypted.
I am doing some experiment of teaching used ECU on this car.

Mercedes does not have OTP.

So there is some hope and confirmation that this can be done.  :)

IIRC EDC17C66 is a Peugeot engine, so it might have, but MB usually does not have OTP.

It doesnt have for sure because i have already cloned this type of ECU EDC17C66 used in MB W447 with KTAG.
