Help with finding out what ECU i have? ME7 ME3 EDC etc

Hi,
Just bought an ECU's from a breakers and cant seem to find out what it is as in ME7 ME3 EDC etc
ECU is from VW Passat 1.9tdi 1997 - 038 906 018 N
