Vag tacho

Hello. I've read on the other topics that it is possible to use VCDS cable for VAG tacho software, but i cant find any more info.
Currently i have VAG11.11 Hex+Can(FT232R) cable and VAG k+can commander 3.6(FT232R) cable.
Is there any way to use one of them on VAG tacho software?

I am not sure about older versions of Vagtacho but the v5.0 version or higher uses a custom protocol so for sure those applications cannot be used with any other cable.
