I was able to read this 8AN ecu but after creating a .ecu file I noticed that it doesn't have nearly the same amount of variables compared to a .bin i pulled from online and a 032DL.bin. What would be the reason behind this? Bad read? Tuned? I attached the files below. If some one could take a look at them that would be greatly appreciated.

your bench read is wrong, its 2time a 512kb file in 1 1024kb file.

re-read correct or split with hxd. compare to online file to check if original or tuned.

re-run me7logger ecu creation

it's the same 512kB repeated twice to make 1M

Set read to 400BB, not 800BB.  You're not reading it correctly.
