Pit Lane speed limiter any ideas Audi APU 1.8t

Slowly getting my head around this stuff. My project is a race car, so in my project I would like to add a pit lane speed limiter. Ideally this would need to be activated by a separate switch .
Wondering if any one has attempted something like this!
