Does anyone have a stock bin for a US 04 s60 2.5t FWD?  All i have is my current stage 3 hilton tune read with OpenMoose.

What it was tuned for:
-16T with a 11/9 setup
-Catless
-Blues
-Snabb ultimate FMIC w/ external recirc ote pipe setup and cbv blocked

Recently installed greens I had laying around since I was replacing the intake manifold gasket anyway.

Getting a rich code now (obviously) as well as an intermittent rear O2 fault.  Which doesn't make sense since I bought the "tune" when I was already catless.  Figured that would have been completely coded out.

I have uploaded my current bin file here.  I am using the XDF that s60rawr posted which was the TYPO one so its actually the correct version (QKHJ).   (WinOLS (Volvo S60 R (Original) - 359462) 50GPHJ).  With that being said and without an original bin, I am completely lost in what I should be modifying specifically for the bigger greens as well as torque limiter removal and a complete rear o2 and cat delete

all of the 518ak files can be coded for auto, manual, or cvt. They are not manual or auto specific. If you type 8e0909518ak into the search bar from the main page you may find 5+ results of stock files 

    unfortunately I only see one for a tiptronic unless I am missing something

Tool appears to read properly, but when i go to write back the changed file and read it back out to verify nothing is changed.

Can't seem to find a thread that addresses this directly - I have a 518AK ECU that I want to use in a 2002 1.8 A4 that originally came with a 518E ECU. From what I gather can read 95040 chip immo info from original 518E ECU and write to 518AK donor ECU using ArgDub's tool then run car & modify 518AK file as I wish with 518AK ECU in car. Does this sound right?

What are you really trying to do and on what car? What does a 4.2 gasoline car have to do with EDC17?

Edc17 is like 2007 and up cr diesel ecus. What PRJ is asking, what does a mpi gasoline ECU (ME7) have anything to do with common rail diesel engines? The answer is: nothing. If you do not know the terminology, don't use it. Also, if your vcds and nefmoto do not work you clearly do not have the drivers installed for the cable and or the cable configured correctly. If you can't get past installing drivers you're going to have a really tough time for anything that actually involves calibration changes. Also, unless you know how to do immo off in flash nefmoto is of no use to disable the immo.
