grautec for psop44 will not stop reading, only writing.
grautec for plcc44 will block reading though, programmer will dump garbage data.

Only bootmode write is impossible to prevent.
OBD is never impossible, simply set requestDownload, requestUpload, readMemoryByAddress and dynamicallyDefineLocalIdentifier to not supported. The latter will kill ME7Logger too tho.
