I am trying to work in audi TTRS with full forged engine , Big turbo OWEN 750 , porsche injectors and more. I have found many problems for the car to develop all the power, and I have solved many of them. Now I find some type of torque intervention or something similar. when you try to put turbo pressure above 1.6 / 1.7 bar the ecu makes corrections, lowers the required pressure, makes fails in the fuel system and misfires(the pressure is controlled by an external module not by the original n75, at this moment at 1.5 bar that works relatively well). with all the original N75 car system it does same problem. I think there is some kind of limitation in this ecu that I can not find. I have modified MPC maps as you know what is needed in this ecu. I hope someone can guide me. I'm lost at this moment.attached orig file
thanks

Those logs are useless.

Post the modified file, you'll have missed a limiter somewhere

i think your problem is that you are maxing out the map sensor reading (if i remeber correct that car has 2.5bar map sensor ).

There is a difference between surpassing the maximum allowed requested boost and passing the map sensor limits and no you do not remember correctly about the map sensor. There are several easy and hard ways to request more then 2.550 or force more in med9.1.

request more then 2550mb ??   i can do see boost real 3000mb in VCDS but no boost request. I suppose that the ecu will request more than 2550 but we can not see in VCDS this is correct ??

No, MED9 can only request 1.55bar (2550mbar). It's possible to run more boost by modifying the PID so that it basically drives the duty cycle manually. With that, you can make the turbo produce more than 2550mbar.

ok i agree , map is 3 bar i open file and see map calibration . In my opinion the car due to that is using manual boost controller needs to max out boost/load request ... At log requested boost should be all time maxed out (2550mbar) which from logs is not. In my opinion all  the load values should set near to 330 % and not to 280 % that they are set at the mod file .i will also max out KFPZU , KFPZUS & KLDMMX .

I attach my aproach .

thanks for your help .

There is a small improvement, but the fuel continues to ignore what is required, as well as the corrections in the  boost request.
