Good day dear community.

Car seems run OK, but not perfect.

It's Audi A4 1.8T AMB 2003' with AT.
First of all. Car doesn't have any error codes stored. Non tuned ATM it has Stage1_Nefmoto_tune, and modified to "euro 2" by several bytes

From what i've found: during WOTs max boost pressure keeps 0.52 bar avrg. As far as i know it should be 0.6.
Also engine torque is 202 Nm max (vag-com measuring block 120-122, but i used motor CAN message id280 byte 2).
That seems to be low, because i ve seen 230-235 Nm at no-tuned cars with the same engine. Turbo seems to be OK. N75 works at 6x%.

Bad things are retards. During WOT i have 3-7 grad. random cylinder continuous retards. IAT is <45 C. I use 95 octane fuel.
I can not determinate the origin of retards.

Can someone explain me, or tell if i understood it right:

During continious knock event LDRXNZK map is used instead of LDRXN. This happens when B_kfzk is set. This byte comes while average retardation exceed 3 grad. (at WOT) during more than 15 sec (TSWKR, i got that value from audi TT 1.8 8N0 damos). Byte clears right after average retards goes lower than 3 grad.

???15 seconds is too much. Normally it takes me just few seconds to get rated boost pressure. And i think in this case i would see normal 0.6 bar boost during 15 sec and then it drops to 0.5  bar.

The general questions are:

1) Does my understanding of retardation's function correct?
2) Can 3-7 grad. random cylinder continuous retards during WOT affect max boost and max torque values?
3) What are the other reasons of 3-7 grad. retards?

Any ideas are appreciated.
Thanks.

You need to log your lamfa. I think, trouble in AFR.

Okay.

Here are some  logs. I made two runs with 15min recover between.

From what i've found:

1) Engine load actual is too low
2) MAF readings are very low
3) Ignition angle is lumpy
4) WTQ and WHP are terrible.

Could MAF sensor be failing?

Those logs look fine, honestly.... it is doing quite a bit of enrichment (lambda control) so MAF does appear to be reading a bit low, though.

Can you log ps_w? Perhaps you have a post MAF pre turbo inlet leak.

Pressure test?

Also, what are your LTFTs?

thanks for your time, Nyet

Well i forget to say that i've corrected bin and reflashed ecu with Stage_1_Nefmoto tune (except of timing).
Now fuel trims are -0.2 for idle and -2.7 for partial loads

I want to get something like at the logs below. That log file is from thelastleroy. For me it's perfect.

P.S. How are WTQ calculated in your software? Why it is so low?

How are WTQ calculated in your software? Why it is so low?

RPM change over time based on vehicle constants (mass, gear, drag, frontal area, drivetrain loss).

If you didn't set it up correctly, numbers will be wrong.
