Hi,

I tried to read a Cluster with vagdashcan 5.xx but the car seems to be too new.
Is there a Tool to read/write Login and maybe more.

avdi or smok is not available for now

genuine VT shuts me down every time i test it on one.

This seems to be Micronas NEW clusters.
There are not much tools which can do them:
AVDI
XHorse
XProg-M

i am in the process of swaping a canadian cluster to a usa cluster. now i managed to pull a bin from the eeprom on the back board of the cluster. i am just wondering if i can use my gqx4 to read the usa one and then simply write on to the canadian one and thats it. i had read somewhere that some soic's can only be writen on once, is there any truth to that. also if this does work can you not just clone the older immo chip onto the newwer immo4 cluster?

Here is a good solution for MK5 and MK6 cluster swaps.
It allows you import/export immo data from old cluster to new and also has a boot mode function (no soldering needed), so you can gain access without a valid key:

Older clusters (say 2007 and older?) don't have the eeprom contents crypted, so you can simply swap eeproms and you're done. Newer clusters have uniqely crypted data inside the eeprom, and swapping eeprom will give an 'error'

For what it can do its worth the money, but I cant say its "affordable"
VVDI2 is the best AVDI clone out there. Don't regret getting mine at all.

Immo 3
Immo 4
Immo 4C
Immo 5

No issues
