Rear o2 sensor delete

Have what i believe to be a bad cat and am throwing a code. Absolutely have to get smog check done asap.
Questions.
1. Will i pass CA smog check with rear o2 sensors coded out?
2. Throwing code 16805 - Warm Up Catalyst; Bank 1: Efficiency Below Threshold. With rear o2 sensors coded out there is no way to trigger this code as there is nothing down the line to compare the primary against correct?
