Yes, if you are in limp it would stay at cracking pressure, unless you have a bad wg line or n75

something seriously wrong, your actual is always way above requested and n75 duty is sitting 0% from 4000rpm onwards so you are going going into soft limp with a positive deviation. I had a friend car who did something similar and whoever worked on his car before had the wastegate pretty much tightened shut.

it is better but you are having similar issues to what I am having on my new setup where boost spikes at 3000rpm then your throttle closes to 30percent  and wgdc is going to 0% but your boost still remains above specified boost. I am still not a 100percent sure if mine is wastegate actuator related or not but you seem to have easier access to yours which seems to have helped bring your boost closer inline so maybe try and loosen the actuator 1 or 2 more turns and lets see whats happens.

I asked him to readjust the actuator yesterday which is what brought the boost down from the first log
