Can 2.2x export any map pack formats other than .kp?

I wish I knew how to write .kp files.. I posted a thread asking how and I didn't even recieve a "F**K OFF you n00b!" comment let alone any kind of instruction or where to find any...I think I'd be a def makin fool if I knew how to..
