Hello!

In my car 1.8T AGU ( m 3.8.3 ), I changed the engine controller and the harness to a newer one from m3.8.3 to me 7.5.1. The car does not have sai, n249, n112, NWS (VVT). I tried to turn it all off in the ecu. I have a problem now... when I accelerate in 3rd, 4th, 5th gear the ignition jumps... look at these logs

group 3 and 20 https://log.tunezilla.com/s/JzIAGQvm
group 2 and 31 https://log.tunezilla.com/s/yISsH0u9
group 115 and 118 https://log.tunezilla.com/s/FJKzrPVA

The car does not accelerate smoothly. Does anyone know where the problem could be? Is this a problem with the wide intake manifold and the AGU head?

My car is a skoda octavia 1.8T agu 150PS.
- changed ecu from m3.8.3 to ecu me 7.5.1 with installation
- new bosch maf sensor,
- new map sensor bosch,
- new lambda wideband sensor bosch.
- k03s turbocharger,
- stock exhaust manifold
- stock catalytic converter
- stock intercooler
- dv stock valve
- aum 320 stock injectors
On ecu m 3.8.3 the car did not have the same problems as now on me 7.5.1.

Did you change intake camshaft rotor for a g40 sensor?
Did the rpoblem exists in a stock file?

Sorry, my mistake... I have EWS (VVT) installed in the AGU head. There is the same problem with the standard ECU program.

In my 1.8T agu the intake camshaft rotor for a g40 sensor is the same as in the AUM with 4 outputs.

Check out measurementblock 93 and try to use me7logger to have a more detailed log please.
Inactive vvt shouldnt be a problem. You can also check the misfire count in measurementblock 14,15,16 (i think)
maybe the coils are too short and not fitting in the head. i had this problem once but i didnt remember which head and coils.
They were too short and misfired into the head next to the outlet/spartplug

Look at the logs sent in the topic. There is a misfire log with only 0.0. in group 20. EWS (VVT) is connected in the car and in the ECU.
I wanted to run Me7logger on my computer, but I don't know what cable it needs. I don't have a kkl cable, I only have a vcds ftdi.

Me7logger seems to be working. What groups in me7logger should I log?

I own a car with a similar ecu swap.As for my understanding i don't have this ignition issue. I'll have a look if i find an old log with around 100g/s to compare.

put it in dumb mode using the vcp mode drivers

https://www.ross-tech.com/vag-com/usb/virtual-com-port.php

I installed the drivers for virtual-com-port and unfortunately it doesn't work. The me7logger program displays the error "no cable connection".
I also loaded the ecu with aqu stock map 180PS.

log 003 aqu stock map + intake manifold agu

It seems to be a little better and the ignition angle does not jump so much anymore.

I would be very grateful if you could send the logs.

Does me7logger work with the kkl cable without any problems?

Hello! I bought the cheapest blue OBD2 cable - FT232RL and finally the me7logger works. I will make logs this weekend and post them on the forum.

add airfuelratio current to the log and log
-again without n75 plug to have 0% duty
-with n75 plug connected

it is pulling ignition, the load and boost curve it wild and lambda desired is very strange

did you tune it or is this stock ary file?
