I'm scanning my ECU and unsure about the correct memory layout. It's an 06a 906 032 mt from a MK4 2.0. For the 1.8Ts, I use 800BB, but I'm uncertain if it's suitable for the 2.0. Appreciate any guidance.

Strictly speaking usa market, any 2l that uses a drive by wire throttle is a 800bb memory layout. Drive by cable would be an aeg years 99-2000 and nefmoto does not work with them.
Anything A chassis ecu wise that ends 018 is drive by cable, and ones ending with 032 are drive by wire.
