MED9.5.10 Internal Control Module: Memory Check Sum Error Fix

Hello guys, do you know how can we solve this issues?
16985/P0601/001537 - Internal Control Module: Memory Check Sum Error
This happens on both stock or tuned ECMs, a dealer update might fi it but sometimes it can't be solved this way.
Can we delete the DTCs from diagnosis?

update software in ecu, this is known issue, VAG released new versions to fix issue.
