Hi. I own a 180hp Vauxhall Astra SRI with engine code Z16LET, with Bosch ME7.6.2 ecu. Original injectors are Bosch 0280158108 and estimated 295cc/min @ 3 bar. I want to upgrade these with Bosch 0280158124 ones. (381cc/min @ 3 bar) My fuel regulator is Bosch 0280160597 - 3.5 bar. (Idle 2.7-2.9 bar / Boost 3.3-3.5 bar) Can you edit my ecu file for this? I will upload the file if anyone can edit it. Thank you from now.

What car is this ?
Climatronic isn't getting analog RPM signal from ECU anymore, it can't work without seeing engine RPM (or at least that the engine is running).
About the brake switch. Either your wiring to the ECU is wrong, or the brake light switch itself is the incorrect one. You need one with 4 wires (terminal X, terminal 30, normally closed (NC) contact and normally open (NO) contact). ECU needs to see both NC and NO contacts to be happy. ABS needs only NO contact and DSG see's it through CAN bus, that's why no faults there.

Does anyone have a stock bin for a US 04 s60 2.5t FWD?  All i have is my current stage 3 hilton tune read with OpenMoose.

What it was tuned for:
-16T with a 11/9 setup
-Catless
-Blues
-Snabb ultimate FMIC w/ external recirc ote pipe setup and cbv blocked

Recently installed greens I had laying around since I was replacing the intake manifold gasket anyway.

Getting a rich code now (obviously) as well as an intermittent rear O2 fault.  Which doesn't make sense since I bought the "tune" when I was already catless.  Figured that would have been completely coded out.

I have uploaded my current bin file here.  I am using the XDF that s60rawr posted which was the TYPO one so its actually the correct version (QKHJ).   (WinOLS (Volvo S60 R (Original) - 359462) 50GPHJ).  With that being said and without an original bin, I am completely lost in what I should be modifying specifically for the bigger greens as well as torque limiter removal and a complete rear o2 and cat delete  Huh Huh

Thanks in advance for your guys help  Smiley
