Hello,

What injector reference do you recommend for 300hp on E85? Golf 4 GTI 1.8t 20V AUM

I've already tried the Bosch 630cc 0 280 158 123 purchased from Bartek but they're impossible to tune.

A friend tried the Siemens 630cc Deka injectors but experienced unstable idle and starting.

So, I'm wondering which reference is really good for 630cc.

Anything that Ive seen from Bartek is china crap. Real Dekas should be easy to dial in. I've used decaps all the time without any issue, so you may have a hardware or calibration problem

Mentioned injectors has up to 3% flow difference and it has delay to take in to account. Plus bit rodeo arround fuel density and temperature where you getting unstable run. I dropped fuel pressure for idle with wider SOI-EOI where flow difference not bite so hard. Yes issue remains - but less anoying. For check i installed Injector Dynamics ones - it has less issues with flow - but it is expensive compare to shady "Bosch" polish guy sels in company already mentioned.

Another idea - run injectors flow test to get more accurate data on flow difference and deadtime - ajust CAL. I am not in detailed knowledge for MK4 CAL - so just shooting idea to sky here.

I recommend some Bosch EV14 from www.finjector.com

They sell flow matched genuine injectors.

you could have just bought them elsewhere for a standard aftermarket price. bar-tek is always expensive because of "tuning".

you most likely did something wrong within your file. 0280158298 are nicer and newer than the 0280158123.
