Title: IMMO fixed now O2s No Activity- Related?
Post by: b4A4nowA6 on January 18, 2016, 07:50:45 PM
As the title says. I have a 2003 a6 ME7.1.1 and it has been down for a little bit. Finally got it all back together (minus the slave cylinder)  and I could start it up and idle just fine. Then one day it would start and die right away. Immo code all of a sudden. had to try different tools from ArgDub and another member that made a program in order to get the info off my EEPROM and I was able to get my car started again and driving.

Now the problem is that I keep getting these Errors.
-Missing message from Cluster
-B1S1 no activity
-B2S2 no Activity
I think I get another code as well for each primary o2 sensor. So I changed them out and thought would work (even though I thought it to be weird that both would go out at the same time) and NO luck. When I take logs, it does not appear that my O2's are not working.
Could it be related from the flashing of the Eeprom.?

All I want is to be able to pass smog and happily drive my car again. If I have to send out my clust and ECu to someone I will.

e2p file is wrong. should be 1kb i believe. yours is only 512 bytes.
thats a 5p e2p i think, not 95040.

someone correct me if I'm mistaken. its late. lol.

You are correct, but the 2nd half is just FF FF.

Perhaps your ECU heater driver circuits are blown. Got a spare ECU to test?

Thank you for the input guys I really appreciate the help. I may have uploaded the wrong bin but I think that was the one from my EEPROM. And no I do not have a spare ECU, looks like I need to hit up eBay. I will update shortly.
