Title: Audi TT 1.8 20VT 8N0906018H xdf definition
Post by: dream on December 08, 2017, 02:19:10 PM
Heey guys,

I just want to share my defined TT H-box.
This xdf is defined with the following:
-Disable/delete EGT, EVAP, rear O2, SAI, N249, missfire and MAF.
-Activation of KFTVSA map for fueling in overrun condition (Schubabschaltung).
-CAN communication configuration (which I needed to modify because switching from an S3 narrowband 512kb to TT wideband 1024kb ecu).
-Launch control (soft limiter)
-2-step LC/Anti-lag/No lift shift (which you would need to look after the correct addressing if adding this option to your file)
-5120 hack maps
-Dashpot function
-Many standard fueling, ignition and boost maps.

I have tested many of these maps work for me.

Good luck :)

Edit:
Uploaded the files on my github: https://github.com/dreammatch/8N0906018H

You are the G man. I just got my 225 tt and am learning this remapping game.
Can you maybe explain what do you mean by the 2step address looking? only slow limit is available in stock form.
What should I put in the LC/AL/NLS code map? it is FF in all fields with 0 in both axis.

Thanks in advance man!

You need to find the right addresses for the routine.
Then you need to find a location for the routine itself.
And then you need to find the routine call address, and compile the routine code.

If you are just beginning to learn remapping you might want to wait doing it yourself :)
The other option is to find somebody skilled that will implement it for you, possibly for payment.

Happy New Year :)

-CAN communication configuration (which I needed to modify because switching from an S3 narrowband to wideband).
-Dashpot function

Can someone please explain the dashpot? What is the german word to find it in the FR?
What was done to the CAN? Is this just CAN related dtcs?

Sorry for my late response, I've been away for some time.

The 2 step is not included in the stock bin, you will need to run the launch.exe or launch.php which you can find in this thread:
http://nefariousmotorsports.com/forum/index.php?topic=607.0

My own file (which is included with the 2-Step/NLS/AL is also in my github project.
Note: Don't use it without knowing whats changed because I have edited lots of things that might be not eligible with your setup.

Can someone please explain the dashpot? What is the german word to find it in the FR?

Dashpot can be find in the FR as 'dashpot'. Its used for pickup speed at/near idle, its because I run mafless because I use BOV and the engine always stalls when clutch depressed. That's why I needed to alter the dashpot function. (I know some people will disagree with the use of BOV, so be it)
I got several CAN communication DTC's so I needed to adjust the communication configuration to fix these. I am running now without any DTC's.

hi, which map sensor do you use? i am beating with CWPLGU = 0.

Bosch 0 281 002 576 did the job for me.
You will have to work your way trough with DSLGRAD en DSLOFS.
The parameters Bosch gives you on the internet did not match my calibration

The dashpot function was not the thing I needed back then, but I searched it out and its there for ppl who "need" it.

What was done to the CAN? Is this just CAN related dtcs?

Little late answer, but yes this was the case.

Perfect xdf. Thanks.
P.S. Works also with "J" bin. Not all maps and adresses checked, but a lot of i looked, matches 100proc

Thank you for this work!

Will be using this xdf & stock calibration for my 1.8T 4 motion project.
