By desoldering that 29F200AB and reading it in a programmer. I use the GQ4-x with a Mcumall PSOP44 adapter.

After that if i have the file, do i need to change the chip, if i want to make some changes and write it back to the ecu.
Is it then possible read and write over OBD? I like to use this ecu and electrical components on my vw T2 1.9 boxer motor
