Ok after my first ecu failed i got a second hand one which i flashed with a immo off bin in boot mode and flashed map with galetto . Put it in car turn on ignition and i get the fuel pump turning on then off every 3 seconds when ignition is on. This is the same thing i got when my last ecu failed .  Is there a relay or something (i can hear it clicking behind the fues box inside car )  that may be casuing this.  Also as this did have a revo map i have put the softcode back to stock which is 10510 rather than 11510 i think for a cupra r BAM  . I did pull  codes from the ecu one of which is 17071-ecm power relay control circuit (j271) - High

Once had a issue where i defeated the immo and then flashed the ecu with my Galletto cable via bootmode and couldnt get the car to crank. For shits and giggles i flashed over the ecu with nefmoto/mpps (same bin that i used in bootmode) and the car started right up.  Not sure if you can relate to this.

Out of curiosity are both ECU ID's the same ?

similar ID 1ml906032a  and a 1ml906032  .  Used my k line cable to flash in boot mode . Car cranks ok and even starts but cuts out after 4 seconds after a click from fuel pump . Its like soem relay is going on and off . I do have one fault code th17071 ECM POWER RELAY CONTROL CIRCUIT  (J271) HIGH

flash the original software for the ECU. 032 and 032a might just not be switchable

It had a revo trial map on it which i erased . I have now put the stock map from my 032a with an immo off bin and she is fuinally up and running. I havent tried nefmoto yet since i have put ecu back in car.
