hi has anyone used the mpps v12 checksum checker on a me7.5 .  I tried it then used ME check to verify file . it said no errors but bootrom has been changed . Is this normal ?   dont want to brick my ecu .   or does it just write the name of the file to the boot . Thanks for any help

I've used it on ME7.8.3 (Porsche) and works fine (both V12 and V13).

there are many reasons bootrom may have been edited. disable obd2 reading, tuner sig, ect.
