2002 Golf GTI 032LP ECU.
I want to prepare a swap ECU (summer/winter tune) and want to buy a 2nd ECU. 032LP are rare/expansive. What other part numbers can be used to swap?

If your ECU have flash with bootoom 5.20 every  5.20 ecu will work
If you have 6.02 than you look for 6.02. Yust transfer flash and eeprom from you ecu

You can check boot version with ME7check

Compatible with 032LP or compatible 'among themselves'?
I.e. 032HP, 032HR, 032LT work in 032LP car and can be flashed with Nefmoto flasher?

Most sellers don't know what bootoom they have when they list their ECU for sale (and don't know how to determine what bootoom they have).

It's a huge list of compatible ecus
Just a few rules here
Ecu should be from wideband o2 engine and not from the  longitude engines

Even a short list of the most common ones is appreciated.

Look in section original ECU files on this forum. Download ori flash with ECU partnumber you want to buy and check boot version.

Compatible with LP and among themselves, so all compatible themselves.
