Title: Noob with ECU/tune/who knows.....problem Post by: AZkcar135 on March 27, 2020, 05:50:28 PM 2005 GLI turbo shit the bed, put in a Ko4 from a TT, had the ECU flashed to a stage 1, 440 injectors, 255 fuel pump, car starts and runs fine (until I get an over torque from the shitty auto trans, I'll deal wit that later), my main problem is it won't start again after the first time just turns over no fuel or spark. If I disconnect the battery for a few it will start back up again.... Snagged another ecu (not tuned) plugged it in and the car will start but not stay running (I'm assuming cause its not tuned for the injectors/fuel) but it will start and stumble each time I try to start it. any ideas??
I'm not the most computer savvy, but I was able to get the VCDS and Nefmoto ECU flasher on my PC. Thank in advance! Nos to flash the ECU with the stage 1 tune.
