Any luck getting this file? I'm also in need of it, and having trouble getting NefMoto to read it out. If you've got it would be very helpful, also I always get memory map invalid for 800BB with this ecu but I'm pretty sure that's the right chip?

My buddy has a CM box in his manual 1.8t passat wagon and for the life of me could not get it to read out. Memory wouldn't read out nor would the read flash.
I believe it has something to do with the immo in those cars. PITA

I'm not saying it'll work, but worth a shot (make sure you have a tool to reset the airbag warning light).
