Yes. I understand that it's not gentle to share other people's tune. But this case thing is that we are stuck here with this project. There's anybody nearby who could help. And he (tuner himself) has said that maybe we should ask someone else. But now you removed the file...

If you haven't logged yet, how do you plan on knowing what is wrong? 

download ME7 logger, and get some logs, come back and post the CSV's and go from there.  In the mean time you should probably look for a different tuner.
