If it's the same or similar to the B5 A4 you can adapt the cluster to do it.

Let me explain what I would like to achieve.
Normally, security belt works like this: the belt is not inserted in the ignition panel beeps 6 times. Further alarm no no.
I would like to control belt breakdowns sound when the vehicle is in the new car.

Here modes belts in modern cars for example Audi A3 (8P):
C10, xxx? X: Seat Belt Warning
C11, 0 - No Seat Belt Warning
C12, 1 = Europe-NCAP (permanent visual warning and acoustic warning active for 91 seconds)
C13, 2 = USA and Canada OLD (visual and acoustic warning for 6 seconds)
C14, 3 = USA and Canada NAR-NEW (permanent visual warning and acoustic warning active every 30 seconds)
C15, 4 = Europe-NCAP (including passenger - permanent visual warning and acoustic warning active for 91 seconds)
C16, 5 = USA and Canada OLD (including passenger - visual and acoustic warning for 6 seconds)
C17, 6 = USA and Canada NAR-NEW (including passenger - permanent visual warning and acoustic warning active every 30 seconds)
Passat 3B only in modes 0 and 2.
The question is whether to include three or more modes?

It will not work in your 3B0920847 cluster  Sad

You need a cluster with later software.
