Can you help me with a file version that should be suitable for this conversion.
It should be for late C5 2.7T manual.

Now the ECU is with number 4B0907551N software 362561.

Reflash this ECU with 4B0907551M firmware. Set coding XXX1X for 6-gear MT instead XXX5X

Update. Finally got it working. After installing the 2518 Can hat on a fresh pi and os I still had a similar problem, no communication on the can bus. Turns out it was a (dtoverlay) configuration problem. I had the clock set to 5MHz. After experimenting a bit 40MHz seemed to work best.
After fixing that and then working through all the python module version issues I have just succesfully completed a bench read !

I am absolutely sure.
Actualy it is called "KVACAL" in this Volvo ME7.0.

It is a 16Bit LoHi. The Value is not in ccm. It is normalized to some specific flow at some specific pwm of the injector driver.
Have to look that up, dont remeber it fully. But doesnt realy matter. Scale it according to the flow rate change and it will work properly Wink

Use these Binary Hex Values for TVUB: 0x0276 0x01AB 0x0130 0x00E5 0x00B4.
These are taken from an ME7.0 from an MY2000 R, not from a ME7.01 MY2003.
These values do incorporate injector driver dead times too and they are different between ME7.0 and ME7.01 in Volvo.

Dont rely on any xdf floating around. Spend some time with IDA Wink

Best regards

I really appreciate your help and if I don't ask too much can you send me the ME7.0 R file if you have it?
I want to see the other important maps for the correct settings of the injectors.
On the other hand, the engine with green injectors and 19T turbo that was installed in 2000 R cars was B5244T2 (2434 cc ,265Hp and 350Nm torque).Only good values are for TVUB, the rest of the maps do not fit the B5234T engine (different displacement).
Thank you!

Discovery was made 2020.
Here is the twitter post by the guy who discoreved it.

Can you develop a bit please? From what I read maybe even the creator of the file may not know, the code is publicly available and mazer has been a good contributor to this forum.

Thanks mate
