C:\Users\Harold>cd users\harold\me7check

If you are in C:\Users\Harold, type "cd ME7Check" or "cd \users\Harold\ME7Check"

Note NO leading \ means "relative to current directory" and leading \ means "absolute location"

...now I need definitions for my 1.8t awp ecu 02 jetts gls w/tiptronic 09a

That could be an 032HS ECU, at least my '02 Jetta GLS is...

Check out this thread: http://nefariousmotorsports.com/forum/index.php?topic=9320.msg82682#msg82682

The 032HJ that -adam so kindly posted will cross flash. However as diegogpb points out, it should line up perfectly with the HS file.

No.  You need TunerPro or OLS.  Map definition files are different between them.
