Hi,

is there any variant of the ME7 awaiting a cable/signal on pin 67 to work?
I only know this from ME7.5 1.8t where the ecu will work and just showing a DTC. The cable is not needed.

Currently working on a BHE V6/R32 which has this pin 67 in the wiring diagram. Car shows no rpm when cranking.
Do i have to connect something there when swapping into another chassis?

Pin 67 on ME7.5 is the crash signal from ABS (pin 69).

Okay but how does your comment help me in that case?

On ME7.5 i know that you dont have to connect it and the car will run.

For ME7.1.1 or others i am looking for information if this cable is needed and if i can connect it to 31 or 15 or what todo.

The car doesnt show rpm when cranking and i dont know if this is related.
We will try new crank sensor because he only bought the engine and we didnt know if it was running.
I will try to check B_bm later.
