Title: NefMoto stopped connecting at Max Baud after bootmode flash Post by: berTTos on August 09, 2011, 05:03:49 PM Still connects and flashes at 10400 just not at Max baud.
this started after i flashed a file that had some bad values (ecu would not boot - can hear throttle plate cycling over and over again - it's happened before). i recovered with a known good file in boot mode. cycled the ignition and connected w/ vagcom and everything is normal so far. then i connect w/ nefmoto and it connects fine using my usual settings. when i go to write a file it gets stuck at 'negotiating communication timings' i try fast init and slow init to no avail. i try disconnecting the ecu from power for an hour and this does not work. then i try 10400 baud and it works (just slower). i've flashed this ecu using fast init and max baud probably 100 times with no problems. has anyone experienced this before?
