i have some friends from out of state asking for my help on this one for emissions delete, i told them i had no experience with me2.8.1. but i would see what i could come up with.
i had a quick scan through the file doesnt look like there is anything as simple as readiness bits setting to 0.

ill check to see if i have a ols for this but i doubt it.   anyone know how to kill emissions on this file?  if major time is involved to make it happen then $$$ will be given.

thanks for any help or info.

Well test the file unfortunately 00 the whole block caused the car to no start and require a bench flash. this is after the checksums were corrected.  the main thing i need is secondary air to be turned off because the setup in the car it has a big turbo setup and to fit it in there requires removal of the secondary air pump.

as far as rear o2 sensors that is no big deal because the factory MB scan tool allows you to turn off the rear o2 sensors effectively removing the cat. or so i am told.

any info on secondary air ddlinger?

ive been searching through a similar file and i was thinking what about using NSLE which is maximum engine speed for secondary air and making it 0 so it would never try to run? or using TMSLSO upper temp for sai? or MLSLE = air mass for sai?

Try with dealer tool.variant coding
Set it to code918 that will switch off the
Kats and the air injection.
