Title: Memory maps - which one to use? Post by: Perphide on March 27, 2016, 05:41:16 AM I am new to this, and saw a lot of information about memory maps and BB/TT's?
My question is, what does BB of TT stand for? And how do I find out or check which memory map my ECU uses? EDIT: I understand that opening my ECU and looking at the chip will tell me the version... but I rather not take it out of the car. I found this online, but I am not sure how to verify this information: VOLKSWAGEN GOLF 4 1400 16V ME7 FLASH_0028 1037352147 0261206140 29F400 FD9F My goal is to read my ECU .bin file and save it on my desktop.
