Immo chip is marked with a red circle? Is this right?

Your pic is too low res to say for sure.
Check what it is by running whatever's written on the chip through alldatasheet.com or similar resource.
But generally immo chips are usually on the backside of the board.

It's on the other side as said above. Best thing is to buy yourself a magnifying glass.

The picture is bad  :-[ I think the immo chip is marked red circle. And it is not located on the bottom.

I read the chip. Can anyone check the checksum? Is the checksum is correct?
I sure am thinking about buying a magnifing glass.

You have death code there. Remove it, then fix checksum.
