Title: Cam Chain Tensioner BANK 2 Post by: onlyoneaudi on May 08, 2016, 07:37:05 PM Recently was logging on my car to get my final tune and before i could get to far into revisions i ran into an issue with my cam CHAIN TENSIONER. I went to the junkyard and pulled one out of a 2.8 a4 from its bank 2 and installed in my car. Here is a graph of the bank 2 on my most recent log. What causes the tensioner to go bad or does it just shut off after a certain throttle point if it has a bad sensor? im curious as to what can cause this to happen(http://www.audizine.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=24394&d=1462756635)

Variable cam timing yo.
