Title: Throttle not "throttling"..
Post by: Rl on May 10, 2016, 02:17:31 PM
So after i changed my tb and mani with an R32 one (1.8t stock before) i tried to compensate for the new airflow over tb. How? My only way was through KFWDKMSN - Map for desired throttle plate angle. I almost doubled the axis values. I cant seem to find KFMSNWDK - Normalized mass flow over Throttle Plate to address the changes there to my file. And now the very strange to me issue. When the car is cold there is NO throttle response at ALL. Even with 100% depressed pedal 3-4% tb idling. Idling is crap until lambda kicks in and then everything works fine!!  ??? ::) Any suggestions?? Also if someone can point me out for KFMSNWDK. I think its at 149CC before KLAF but it doesnt match..

Any opinions?? Is there any chance KFMSNWDK missing from my file? I ve seen that map right before KLAF to 3-4 files but completely missing from 032QN.

maybe but on me it worked. Now just trying to calibrate load at idle. Aprox 30% is a good start i think.
