Title: ESKONF discrepancy Post by: technic on May 30, 2016, 02:34:56 AM Hi,
I'm trying to disable SAI due to a different head is being used that doesn't have sai port. I have two groups of possible ESKONF bytes in this binary. 0x11214 : AA FF 00 30 E3 F8 30 and 0x1121B : AA FF 00 30 23 F8 30 The difference between these would be that BKV (brake booster pump) is not installed in the latter. I am a bit unsure whether these are valid ESKONF bytes at all, since there can only be one active configuration at a time...Perhaps it is chosen by coding ? Anyone? /Lars Title: Re: ESKONF discrepancy Post by: technic on May 30, 2016, 08:09:22 AM Ok, so, ESKONF_0_A and ESKONF_1_A is the two groups. Anyone know how they are selected?
Title: Re: ESKONF discrepancy Post by: vwaudiguy on May 30, 2016, 08:33:15 AM I believe it's done through variant coding.
