Title: Lambda Correction and unstable idle Post by: @lq! on July 03, 2016, 11:10:46 PM Hi Team,
I'm working on 06A906032HN_ME7.5 ECU. And i a have strange issue. When i start the engine everything looks perfect but when lambda correction activated A/F ratio going to unstable state. Please find the attachment for logging. Does anyone have any idea? What may cause that ? Thank you Regards, Here is a config. Bosch 550cc injector,3bar fpr,S3 MAF housing. Just ,half throttle going to a bit lean. Are S3 and stock MAF housings of different diameter? If yes, did you rescale your MLHFM? If it's larger and you didn't rescale the MAF - you should do that. Title: Re: Lambda Correction and unstable idle Post by: nubcake on July 04, 2016, 06:19:14 AM i didn't change the sensor You changed the housing though, which means that it's calibration is no longer valid (IF the diameter is different ofc). It's in the wiki: http://s4wiki.com/wiki/Mass_air_flow#MAF_housing_diameter Title: Re: Lambda Correction and unstable idle Post by: @lq! on July 15, 2016, 08:48:13 AM Hi Mate
I changed housing with stock one, and change all maf maps to stock. But result is same. Does any mechanical problem cause this symptom ? |
