Title: Help with bdm100 clone Post by: birchbark506 on July 30, 2016, 11:47:24 AM I end up getting a bdm clone and I have not have any luck with it being able to read a Bosch med 9.1 from a 2006 vw jetta 2.0tfsi dimsports or cmd will see power. Dose some one have the right pin lay out

this is the info i get every time is... is the red wire on the cable to be pin 1? Interface communication error (E13) MPC version error (E06): 0x00000000 Part number error (E05): 0x00000000 Power error or communication error (E14) Title: Re: Help with bdm100 clone Post by: vwaudiguy on July 30, 2016, 02:55:55 PM Even though I've heard of people getting it to work on 64 with special drivers, I've never been able to. I would suggest sticking with a 32 bit operating system until you get it working reliably.
Title: Re: Help with bdm100 clone Post by: birchbark506 on July 31, 2016, 03:53:14 AM I got it to read the bdm100 I out windows 7-32 bit but I still get that same error on Windows 7 -64-32 bit and windows XP 32 bit how do I update the bdm to v1255 I can't seem to get anything to work and my ecu is good it powered and started the car but the immo is on so I can't use it
