Title: 2L Stroker 3582r 630cc hitachi MAF hemi throttle body B6 tune Post by: ReiterPerf on August 10, 2016, 10:15:03 PM Hey, This is my first post. We have put a motor together for a friend and now just working on the tune.
2L FSI crank JE pistons IE rods AEB head CAT cams Aftermarket intake Hemi throttle body 630cc dekas @4 bar w/ return system 040 Pump Hitachi MAF @85mm GT3582r w/ header no cat The car is drive-able but still in break in (almost 1000Km) I just started tuning KFMSNWDK and KFWDKMSN. I haven't touched KISRM or KUMSRL as I don't know the volume of the intake, or the address for KUMSRL. I would also like to bump up the idle for the cams, but cant find NLLM. I would like to get the hardware changes done before touching any of the other maps. The car runs ok but when you clear codes its hard to maintain an idle for a few minutes. I don't think this has anything to fuel trims as they are pretty close to 0 at idle. What other adaptions are lost when clearing codes? If anyone has locations for NLLM or KUMSRL or xdf with them that would be awesome, or any other advise on tuning for TB and intake that would be great. When I get buddy to take some new logs I will post as well. i was looking your xdf map file and i see that KFMSNWDK and KFWDKMSN are in same memory area. in my file from 1.8t BEX 8A0909518AN they are in KFMSNWDK 1E972 and KFWDKMSN 1EDBC. Maybe here is problem. Best regards, Marijano |
