Post by: rhinopower on November 05, 2016, 10:21:55 AM
Has anyone done any work on this ecu? Looking for a starting point, K04 hybrid, 550cc injectors. Many thanks

Sure. Do you have a specific question?

I can sell a GT28RS tune for 440cc injectors with the corresponding map pack for finetuning, as I've got that sitting around on my HDD anyhow.
Sorry, no interest in posting this for free. Maybe someone else wants to.

Looking for a base map. Engine needs to run in for 500 miles before tuning on the dyno.

And you want this basemap for free?

if you don't want to spent money on file or do some mapping yourself, put the stock injectors in and drive easy 500 miles and bring it to dyno for tuning.
If you can do mapping yourself you have to pay someone to do a file for you...

You don't want to spend a dime or a minute of your own time to learn to diy?

The very basic starting point would be:
LDRAPP = 0, CWMDAPP = 0x0F
KRKTE - change it to suit 550's (you can decrease it proportionally to injector size change from stock).
TVUB - insert correct values for your injectors.

This should make the car run on waste gate pressures only and should give you those 500 miles (given: your hardware is otherwise stock, you kept the N75, you don't run crazy ass 20psi wastegate spring etc etc etc).

It's AGU - meaning M3.8.3.

If it helps I started playing this ecu, the riding earlier in my b5 ref 018AQ, started working with it from a file AGU 018CG apparently if more data that ecu, and the same family, if you need to give that ecu, maps etc to go identifying not hesitate to ask, even that sure the forum already gone up, I think down here, I hope I have been helped

D'oh! Nice catch, presumed he was talking ME7.
Everything I wrote is irrelevant then.
Oh well.
