Title: New car, old ecu read out Post by: madeindk on November 08, 2016, 10:31:02 AM So, i bought a new car, and want to use the file i got from the other car.
My tuner says i need a brand new file. Is that true or does he just want to earn some more money? Title: Re: New car, old ecu read out Post by: nyet on November 08, 2016, 10:47:19 AM He says you need a new immobilizer file?

If you want to re-use it on a different car, you have to clone the vin.
